One possible fix is to re-subscribe to the email list. It's possible your email was dropped for some reason. To do so, please visit our website at https://www.yugster.com and input your email in the subscription box at the top center of the page. You will receive an email confirmation message and that should restore your email if it isn't being filtered.
A spam filter at your email provider may be blocking the emails. When this happens, unfortunately there's not a lot we can do directly, but if you haven't already, please add "email@example.com" as a contact in the webmail access of your email service. Sometimes email services will also have a "safe senders list" where you can add that email address.
