Every day we offer awesome new products starting at 6am EST. We generally have a limited quantity available and when they sell out, they are gone for good. Once you sign up with Yugster, you will also receive daily emails with the special deals we have and access to special members-only offers that you won't find on the website. If you do happen to miss a deal, check out our Plugster’s Picks tab where a limited number of our best past deals can be found for a few extra days. What Makes Yugster So Great?
Our pricing! Yugster makes every effort to have the lowest price on the internet on the day we offer a given product for sale. This means that you will not find a lower price anywhere from a reputable seller for an identical product. It is possible, on occasion, that you may find a lower price for the same thing on an eBay listing or auction site, but we can't gauge the quality of the product, the company or their service, so we don't even compare our product prices to them.

Shipping and Fulfillment
How do you ship your items, and how quickly?
Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the order value and/or the weight. We do our best to process orders within 72 hours (3 business days). Occasionally an item may take 1-2 days longer to ship depending on order volume. We promise to get your order shipped as soon as possible. All Yugster orders are shipped with tracking so that you can easily check the status or your order
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for processing of your Yugster order. Once your order ships, you will get a shipment notification email from us with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
Tracking information can also be conveniently found by logging into Yugster and clicking on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
I have received a tracking number, but why is my package not showing any movement?
Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Mail Innovations or USPS depending on the order value and/or the weight. Each carrier has their own system for updating tracking. Some carriers are better than others at updating the status of their shipments. Feel free to click on the carrier name links above to contact the carrier regarding your shipments status. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow and extra day or two then please feel free to contact Yugster Customer Service and we would be happy to help you check the status of your shipment. Yugster reserves the right to not refund the shipping costs incurred when an undeliverable address is provided at checkout and an item must be returned back to us as the sender.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item or the wrong item altogether?
While most orders arrive undamaged and work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We're very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don't work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there's nothing you or Yugster could have done to prevent it. If your orders is received damaged, broken/defective or are the wrong item(s) when you receive them, Yugster will be happy to help make the situation right. Please follow the steps below in order for the mishap to be corrected as quickly as possible:
- Contact our Yugster Customer Support team to report the problem within 14 days of receiving the product. CLICK HERE to contact Yugster Customer Service.
- Customer Support will provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Depending on the issue, please keep in mind that we may ask you to send us a picture and/or ship the product back to us.
- Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.
Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Yugster’s discretion and that returns sent back without pre-authorization cannot be processed.
How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?
Please contact Yugster.com’s friendly Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change the shipping address for your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order. Order Status Questions
What is your Returns Policy?
While we all would prefer that products always work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We're very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don't work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there's nothing you or Yugster could have done to prevent it.
If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty specifics, including contact information, are typically found in the packaging. If you can't find it or if the warranty is through Yugster and not the manufacturer, we'll be happy to provide you with the necessary information. If your item is covered by a manufacturer warranty but you choose not to go through the manufacturer for support and return the product to us instead, a 20% restocking fee will apply (sorry, but this creates a lot more work for our customer service department).
Returns are allowed if Yugster receives your request within 21 calendar days from your order ship date. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by Yugster within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. To request warranty information or to request a return for a defective item, please Contact Us. We will do our best to respond to your email request promptly.
Change of Mind
Generally, we are not able to approve a return for a non-defective item, and some items are not returnable in any case, due to their nature. This is noted on the product page (ex: Plugster's Junk boxes are not returnable or refundable). However, there are some exceptions. Please do not open of the product if you do not plan to keep the item you purchased. If you decide to return an opened product, we typically can not take it back. If an exception is made, we can't resell it as new anymore, so we unfortunately have to charge a 20% restocking fee. And we are sorry, but we also do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.
This policy is different than stores like Amazon, because we do not add in any extra cost to you for returns because we want to give you the best price possible on our great deals. The other guys can accept returns without cost to you because they charged more for the product in the first place than we do.
Lastly, returns are allowed only if your request is received by Yugster within 21 calendar days from your order ship date and all returns must be received complete (with all original packaging and contents) by Yugster within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. After that, or if it is not complete, then it's all yours! You get to keep your purchase or gift it on to someone else!

What forms of payment does Yugster accept?
Yugster.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal as optional payment methods. For credit card payments, please note that the provided billing information must be a 100% match with the information on file with your credit card company.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping at Yugster.com is safe. Yugster is verified by Authorize.net, PayPal, and by Trustwave. Yugster.com is protected by SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information secure.
Does Yugster charge sales tax on any items?
Yugster.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to customers within the state of Utah. If you are shopping from Utah the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Yugster Account Questions
Can I see my order history online?
Yes, simply Sign In into your Yugster account, and then click on the My Account link found near the top right hand corner of the page. This is where you will be able to find all of your account information, including your order history.
I forgot my user name and/or password. What do I do?
On the left side of the Sign In page click on "Forgot My Password" below the Member Sign In area. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your member account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your email shortly after. Then you will be ready to Yug again!
How do I change my email address?
Once signed in, click on the "My Account" link in the upper right of the website. This will show you a snapshot of your account, including email address, username, shipping information, and more. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page to update your contact information, including your email address. You will be able to modify any of these items at anytime.
I would like to change my user name and/or password. How do I do that?
You can change your password by clicking the "Forgot My Password" as mentioned above. Unfortunately you can't manually change your username. If you wish to change your user name, please Contact Us. You can Sign In to your account with your email address and password.
How do I change my email address?
Once signed in, click on the "My Account" in the upper right of the website. This is snapshot look at your account, including email address, username, shipping information, and more. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page to update your contact information, including your email address. You will be able to modify any of these items at anytime.
I posted a comment on Discuss This Yug or on the blog, what happened to it?
A: There are two scenarios for which your comment may not appear:
1. It may be pending approval. Comments on the blog are moderated BEFORE they appear on the site, and this takes a little time. Since the volume of comments on the site has grown rapidly, there is often a delay between a comment being posted and it being approved, especially during peak hours. We appreciate your patience and ask that you refrain from posting the same comment repeatedly.
2. Your comment violated the policy below. We pride ourselves in providing a medium for useful or thoughtful comments and encourage our users to speak their minds, provided comments fall within our commenting policy.
Yugster Deal Questions
Why am I not seeing the product I clicked on from a website or email?
Yugster runs many daily deals that last just 24 hours. Every morning, at 6:00am Eastern time, the deals for the day change. Products in emails, and sometimes on other affiliate websites, link to pages on Yugster.com. The products on these pages change every day as mentioned. So if you open the email after the day it was sent, you may see a different deal offered. Yugster often repeats popular deals though, so the best way to snag a good deal that you have seen before, or missed out on, is to Sign Up for the Yugster Deals daily email.
What’s the deal with the Yours Until Gone tab?
The items found on this tab are available to the general public and are typically limited in quantity. You may have seen them before on Yugster or they could be something completely new. Either way, get one (or two) before they’re gone. You never know if it will be out there for a couple hours or a couple days.
What’s the deal with the Plugster’s Picks and Last Chance tabs?
The items found on the Plugster's Picks tab are some of our most popular deals that are still available, but only for a limited time. Only the best deals make it to Plugster’s Picks and they don’t last very long so if you see it here, make sure you grab one quickly. Sometimes we have deals that only have one or two pieces in stock or are only available for a very short period of time. These deals end up in our Last Chance tab. These deals have a tendency to come and go in a matter of minutes so you'll want to snatch up these deals before they're gone.
Are all Yugster products new?
Almost all of the products we sell are brand new with manufacturer warranties. Occasionally an offer on a refurbished product is too good for us to pass up, so we do offer refurbished items from time to time. If we are offering a refurbished item that day, we will clearly spell that out in the description along with the length of the warranty, but in general everything is brand spanking new.
What's a refurbished item?
Refurbished items have been previously returned to a retailer or manufacturer for a refund by a customer. Computers are often returned to retailers because they have been leased by corporations. The item may have had a slight defect, blemish or minor cosmetic imperfection, simply didn't meet a customer's expectations, or it may have reached the end of its lease period. Customer also often return items to retailers because of buyer's remorse, and then the item is sold as a Refurbished item, even though the item is still in mint condition. Before a refurbished item can be resold, any defective components are repaired or replaced, and the item is then examined to ensure it works properly. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items come repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example.) that are not included with the refurbished product. You can read the More Info page on a deal for a list of included accessories. We try to provide refurbished items in the best possible condition, but scratches and other minor cosmetic imperfections may be present. However, the price you pay for a refurbished item is much lower than at retail price, and some amazing deals can be found on these items.
